This consultation is an in-depth look at your work and your pricing. We’ll discuss your process, your sales prices and how to determine profitablity in your work. If you need it, you’ll start with a pricing rubric created specifically for your work, whether one-of-a-kind, limited edition or production. We’ll work together to help you to fairly and profitably price your items. If you are more established, we'll look at your current pricing and determine where you need to go.
3 hours spread over two meetings + homework, $300
When you book this, you'll be booking the initial 1 hour meeting to discuss your current pricing and your work. You'll get a link to a questionaire that needs to be filled out before our first meeting so that we can begin work immediately. We'll work together to schedule the additional meeting time during the first meeting. Do you have a partner or additional decision-making people in your business? They should join the meeting.

This consultation will focus on your specific questions. We will look at your current work, your current pricing, budgeting, methods of sales and marketing. There will be a discussion of goals.
Initial conversations generally last 1 hour. To inspire deeper conversation, you may be asked to provide images of your work prior to the meeting. Expect real homework and a head full of ideas when you leave the consultation, and to help you, you will receive a follow-on document with detailed notes and to-dos.

When you book this, you’ll be booking a 1 hour appointment to discuss general issues and concerns with your art or craft business. Do you have a partner or additional decision-making people in your business? They should join the meeting.
GET A NEWSLETTER STARTED
Even if you are not a writer, a newsletter can be one of the easiest ways to promote your work. Emails can show off your new work or sell your work, invite customers to an opening or a show or announce a new item. If you have been wanting to get started with an email newsletter for your business, but don’t need ongoing support, this is the way to do it. We’ll work together to determine a format and schedule for your newsletter that promotes your work and connects to your existing customer lists. I’ll show you how newsletter content can also be used to deepen engagement on social media and increase your website content. Depending on your needs and investment, we may also work to create additional sign-up opportunities with incentives, graphics, and more. You’ll end up with a newsletter template and format that work for your business, and a checklist to help you easily send a regular newsletter to your list.

one year/one goal
Is your business functioning, but somehow you feel unable to get to the next level? A year-long goal-focused consultation could help you get where you want to be.
This consultation will focus on helping you to achieve your goal. Your current work will be examined, your current pricing, budgeting, methods of sales and marketing will be looked at and everything will be on the table to meet your goal.
Initial conversations generally last 1 hour. To inspire deeper conversation, you will be asked to provide information prior to meeting. Expect real homework and a head full of ideas when you leave the consultation. To help you, you will receive a follow-on document with detailed notes and a broken out list of to-dos. We’ll check back in AT LEAST once per month (but probably more often) to keep you on course and work through your challenges.
1 1-hour initial conversation+12 1-hour meetings+intermittent additional consultations, $200 per month over 12 months
When you book this, you’ll be booking the first month’s conversation about your goal. Each monthly goal conversation will be booked independently and will focus on the steps and stages needed to achieve your goal.
